Export & Shipping Details

PT Salma Kopi Indonesia is a legal and registered export company in Indonesia. We provide a full package of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Fumigation Certificate). All invoices & payments are under this company’s bank accounts only.

We sell our coffee beans on a FOB or CNF basis, we are happy to help you to recommend a good shipping line. We shipping coffee beans from the Tanjung Perak Surabaya Port (ID SUB), Tanjung Priok Jakarta Port (ID TPP) or Belawan Port (ID BLW) Indonesia.

Payment should be done in USD. We only accept TT (Telegraph transfer) and irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight payments. TT and L/C will be directed to our company account in Indonesia. We use Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) with the Swift code BSMDIDJA. Due to L/C fee, We do not accept L/C for the volume of fewer than 1 containers of Coffee Beans. Payment via Western Union, Cryptocurrency, and other not bankable payments are not accepted.

Payment terms are 50% Down Payment. After receiving this payment, we start the packing of coffee green beans into jute bags. To load a 1×20” feet container we need 3 working days. Staffing container with coffee beans takes 2-3 hours.

After the container with coffee beans is shipped we prepare shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Certificate of origin, Invoice, and Packing List. It takes 3-5 days to prepare all the documents. Right after that, we send you a photocopy of B/L and COO. Now, it’s your turn to transfer us the rest of payment (50%). After we receive the payment, we will send you the original documents via DHL or just a telex release.
